Overview:
KuiperZ is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineer proficient in React.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to join our growing engineering team in Lalmatia, Dhaka. You will play a key role in architecting, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. This position is ideal for individuals who value clean code, modern frontend architecture, and technical excellence.
Core Requirements: (Must Have)
  • 2+ years strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and Tailwind CSS
  • Deep understanding of component architecture and state management using React Query, Zustand, Redux, or Context API
  • Hands-on experience implementing authentication and authorization flows:
    • JWT authentication & refresh token cycles
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Access Control Lists (ACL)
    • OAuth2, SSO, or custom identity integrations
  • Expertise in RESTful API and GraphQL integration, with secure token handling and interceptors
  • Proficiency with modern frontend build tools such as Vite, Webpack, Turbopack, or Rollup
  • Strong grasp of OOP principles, SOLID design patterns, and clean architecture
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from a recognized university.
  • Candidates with strong practical experience and a solid technical foundation may also be considered.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with data export tools (PDF, Excel, Word) and dynamic report rendering
  • Familiarity with multi-tenant applications, routing, and theming systems
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment workflows
  • Previous experience mentoring junior developers or conducting code reviews
Working Schedule:
9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable frontend systems using React and TypeScript
  • Design and build reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS and optimized state management
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, RBAC, ACL, OAuth2)
  • Integrate and manage both REST and GraphQL APIs with token handling and lifecycle management
  • Work with data mapping, PDF/Excel export, and dynamic data visualization for dashboards and reports
  • Optimize performance using code splitting, lazy loading, and memoization
  • Define and enforce coding standards, project structures, and documentation practices
  • Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams for seamless end-to-end delivery
  • Manage routing, configuration, and theming across modular or multi-tenant systems
  • Conduct technical reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase
