Overview:

KuiperZ is hiring one full-time WordPress Website Designer to join our growing digital team. If you have a strong eye for design, solid technical skills, and hands-on experience building websites with Elementor Pro, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for creating clean, responsive, and conversion-focused websites for a variety of clients and internal projects.

Core Requirements: (Must Have)

Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience designing WordPress websites
Strong portfolio showcasing Elementor Pro–based websites
Proficient in WordPress, Elementor Pro, and responsive design principles
Good understanding of UI/UX, layout hierarchy, typography, and color usage
Experience with basic HTML, CSS, and WordPress theme customization
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a team environment

Working Schedule:

9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build high-quality WordPress websites using Elementor Pro
Customize layouts, templates, and sections to match brand guidelines
Ensure all websites are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Collaborate with project managers, content writers, and marketers to translate requirements into functional designs
Optimize website performance, structure, and basic on-page SEO
Integrate plugins for forms, security, performance, and analytics as needed
Update, maintain, and improve existing websites
Ensure websites meet usability, speed, and design standards
Stay updated with the latest WordPress and Elementor trends and features
Participate in design reviews and team discussions, providing constructive feedback
