Rysenova, a rapidly growing HR SaaS platform, is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our customer support team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced tech environment. Core Requirements: (Must Have)
  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years of work experience (any field)
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and basic English
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and basic software tools
  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive, client-first attitude
  • Ability to work on-site at our Lalmatia office
Working Schedule:
9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Assist with client onboarding and provide training support
  • Report and track common issues with the product team
  • Offer clear, friendly, and effective support to clients
  • Document solutions and update internal resources
