Overview:

KuiperZ is looking for a passionate and energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will mainly work with Rysenova, our HR and Payroll SaaS platform built to help businesses manage attendance, leave, shift, payroll, employee records, and daily HR operations more efficiently.

You will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, conducting follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and converting businesses into loyal Rysenova users. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys communication, understands business needs, and wants to grow with a real SaaS product that already has strong market visibility.

Core Requirements: (Must Have)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English

  • Ability to build trust quickly with decision-makers

  • Basic understanding of SaaS products or HR software is a plus

  • Must be comfortable with client visits across Dhaka

  • Graduation in Business/Marketing/IT or related fields preferred

Working Schedule:
9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business clients through market research and networking

  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with SMEs and corporate leads

  • Pitch and demonstrate Rysenova’s features and USPs confidently

  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

  • Convert prospects into paid clients by managing end-to-end sales funnel

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools

  • Report to the Assistant Sales Manager with daily/weekly updates

  • Coordinate with marketing team to support campaigns and feedback loops
